How Lancor Holdings Limited collects and uses your personal data when you use harmoniapavilion.com. In force from 4 August 2026.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Lancor Holdings Limited is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here. That means we decide why and how it is used, and we are answerable for it.

Lancor Holdings Limited
VTN Square, 2nd Floor, No. 58, G N Chetty Road, T. Nagar, Chennai 600 017
CIN L65921TN1985PLC049092

This policy covers harmoniapavilion.com. Our other site, lancorharmonia.com, publishes its own policy describing the same practices for that site. Lancor's corporate site, lancor.in, has a separate policy of its own.

2. What we collect

What you give us

When you fill in the enquiry form on this site, we collect:

  • your name
  • your phone number
  • your email address
  • what you are interested in
  • anything you write in the message box

You choose what to send. If you would rather not fill in a form, call us on +91 72004 34445 instead.

If you message us on WhatsApp

Messaging us sends your WhatsApp number, the profile name you have set, and what you write. An automated assistant answers first and can pass the conversation to a person. It records what you tell it about what you are looking for so that we can answer you properly, and it files that as an enquiry in the same way the form does. Do not send anything through WhatsApp that you would not want held as an enquiry record, including health information about a family member.

What is collected while you browse

  • Your IP address, browser, device type, the pages you look at and where you arrived from, through Google Analytics (property G-3LHG555LBG).
  • If you arrived by clicking one of our Google advertisements, the click identifier Google attaches to that visit. We keep it in a cookie called _lh_gclid for 90 days so that if you later make an enquiry we can tell which advertisement brought you. It identifies the click, not you by name.
  • Standard server records kept by our host, including IP address and the time of the request.

We do not use this site to build advertising profiles about your health, your finances, or anything else about you beyond how you came to us and what you asked about.

3. Why we use it

  • To answer your enquiry and arrange a call or a site visit.
  • To tell you about Lancor Harmonia and related Lancor projects.
  • To measure which pages and which advertisements actually bring enquiries, so we spend the advertising budget sensibly.
  • To keep the site working and secure.

4. Contact by phone, SMS and WhatsApp

When you send us an enquiry you are asking us to get in touch, and you authorise Lancor Holdings Limited and its representatives to contact you about it by phone, SMS, email or WhatsApp. Lancor treats this authorisation as overriding a DND or NDNC registration on your number, because you asked us to call.

You can withdraw that at any time. Tell whoever calls you, or write to enquiry@lancor.in, and we will stop. Withdrawing consent does not undo contact that has already happened.

5. Who else sees it

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with other developers or brokers. It is handled by the following, each only for the purpose named:

WhoWhat forProcessed

6. Cookies

This site sets:

  • _lh_gclid, ours, 90 days. Remembers which advertisement click brought you here.
  • Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies, which measure visits and advertisement performance.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work; our measurement will simply be less accurate.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as we are dealing with your enquiry and for as long afterwards as we need them for our records and to meet legal and tax obligations. If you ask us to erase your data and we have no continuing reason to hold it, we will.

Lancor is settling a definite retention period for enquiry records. Until then the honest answer is the one above rather than a number we have not committed to.

8. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal data of yours we hold and who we have shared it with;
  • correct anything inaccurate or incomplete;
  • erase it, where we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it for or to meet a legal obligation;
  • withdraw a consent you gave us;
  • nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you die or become unable to.

Ask by writing to enquiry@lancor.in or by calling +91 72004 34445. We may need to check you are who you say you are before we act. If we cannot do what you asked, we will tell you why.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, write to enquiry@lancor.in, or to Lancor Holdings Limited at VTN Square, 2nd Floor, No. 58, G N Chetty Road, T. Nagar, Chennai 600 017, marked for the attention of the Grievance Officer. If we do not resolve it, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Lancor is naming an individual Grievance Officer and will publish that name and direct contact here. Until then the address and email above are the route, and they are monitored.

10. Children

This site is meant for adults buying or enquiring about a home. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us and we will delete it.

11. Keeping it safe

We take reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data, including encrypted connections to this site and limiting access to the people who need it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot promise absolute security.

12. Changes

If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and change the date at the top. This version is in force from 4 August 2026.
